Steve and his team delivered a dormer loft conversion on our terrace house. The quality is second to none, his price is... competitive (he's not the cheapest, but these days you pay for what you get and you will not be disappointed with the work delivered and the end product). Unlike many builders, Steve always replies to calls, mails or texts, literally any day of the week and often within 15/20 minutes - he always puts his customers first. Steve is a builder you can trust and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone needing work done to their home. We're just starting phase 2 with Pro, a box extension on the back of the house, which is going to be disruptive - hey, you can't make a cake without breaking some eggs, but Steve is always available to offer solutions and put in temp measures to get us over these hurdles - keep up the great work Steve, your #1 in Bromley and south east London.read more

Prior to meeting Steve we had several quotes, but after that first meeting I was confident that I wanted Pro-Renovations to complete the work. Steve was absolutely transparent with the costs and the price quoted was what we paid, no hidden extras.From the initial quotation to completion, nothing has been too much trouble. I used Pro Renovations Bromley for an L shaped dormer- two rooms plus an en suite - which was recently completed. From... the initial quote to completion, everything has been transparent and smooth- no hidden costs or parts of the process to think about as everything was laid out clearly. Steve co-ordinated everything and is proactive with communication and realistic about timeframes, which removes so much potential stress for having building works. We had a hip to gable conversion completed, which included an ensuite upstairs and then refitting the bathroom on the... middle floor.Steve and the team were incredibly professional and did a wonderful job on our loft conversion. The whole process was professionally managed and was finished quicker than we expected! There was no stress for us and the team were all polite, tidy and worked to a very high standard. Every single person who visited the site was great and our neighbours all commented that the process was minimally disruptive, with the minimum mess and a polite team at all times. Steve and Pro renovations team completed dormer roof extension, main bathroom and kitchen extension.From start to... finish Steve and team have been first class. Quote provided within a few days of visit whereas some builders didn’t bother replying or had to be chased up.We had a few unforeseen structural problems with our 100 year old house discovered during the build. None of the problems were an issue which couldn’t be resolved. Right from the initial visit when I explained what I wanted and why, Steve listened and... found a way to make it happen.I found the team at Pro Renovations Bromley Lofts, friendly, reliable, always on time and they had no issues adapting if I wanted to change something.The guys worked efficiently, looked and acted pofessional in their Pro Renovations work gear and kept any mess to a minimum and always tidied up after themselves before leaving.The standard of the work is excellent and as they controlled the project from start to finish, I didn't have to worry about organising design drawings, planning permission, building regulations or inspection/ sign off paperwork, they sorted it all and kept me updated throughout the process and most importantly kept to the initial budget.I'm really happy with my new loft space, it is exactly how I wanted it to be. Steve and his whole team are absolute dynamite. Always happy to listen, clean, tidy, minimal disruption, happy to make... a few changes here and there as build progressed, they have endless patience. They looked out for us while our neighbours builders did a few questionable things, always making sure we were happy and looked after.Whole process was excellent, big shout outs to Dan and Mike (heroes in hour of need when we where hit with a storm), Mike the plasterer, Mike the plumber, John the roofer and James who helped us paint when we were in a real bind. We chose Pro Renovations after getting 3 of 4 other quotes. What impressed us was Steve’s enthusiasm and willingness to... work with our ideas for how we wanted out loft conversion. His quote was also competitive and turned out to be accurate. Steve’s communication has been really excellent throughout the whole project, and that has been a major bonus, as having building work done can be very stressful.For the first part of the project, where we had our ceilings lowered so there would be more headspace in the loft, we decided to move out for 6 weeks. Steve and his team worked hard to ensure that we could move back in on time. The project is now in its final stages and we’re really pleased with the way it’s turned out, although we only had a small loft to convert, the new bedroom looks fantastic and has good size fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.Finally, a word has to go out to all of Steve’s team, who to a man are thoroughly polite, professional and skilled in what they do. To run a business as successful as Steve’s clearly is, he needs to have built a team round him who are all first-class in their own areas, and this is definitely the case with Pro Renovations.read more

Steve and his team delivered it to a very high standard during what was a difficult year for all; the new master bedroom and ensuite looks incredible and has massively transformed our house, we absolutely love it.Steve was great to work with, making himself available at all times during the build to ensure everything went smoothly. He’s an honest and wholesome builder who just wants to do a good job, enjoys what he does and cares about the customer. Whenever a problem cropped up or the plans changed slightly along the way, Steve pragmatism and lateral thinking ensured things were dealt with quickly and efficiently.What makes Pro Renovations a decent company to work with is the team that underpins it. Me and Partner were absolutely delighted with our loft conversion Steve and his team were so easy to work with at all... times. any problems encountered he would talk through with us and made sure we were happy at all times. His team were very tidy, cleaning up at the end of every working day, they were extremely polite and understanding due to the current climate. one of the main things that attracted us to Steve was that the whole of his team worked under one name so any problems we didn't have to chase separate people like past experiences we just went straight to Steve, we also didnt pay a penny more than the quoted price which is amazing. we would highly recommendread more

Steve and his team have done a fantastic job in our loft extension, transforming it into a wonderful master bedroom... with ensuite. Steve has been quick to respond to any queries we have had and ensured, even where plans have changed slightly, the whole build has not cost more than our original quote. He is a perfectionist with immense pride in his work and therefore ensures that the job you get is of the highest quality. The whole team have been amazing, incredibly accommodating (especially as we had a baby right in the middle of the conversion!) and have always left the house clean and tidy at the end of the day. Excellent Job! - Steve and his team have just finished converting our loft to create 2 bedrooms and bathroom...Our job... started before the covid-19 lockdown so has taken a little longer than expected (for obvious reasons!) but Steve has managed everything really well and was in constant contact and since lockdown measures have eased the guys have done a great job getting everything back on track and finished in a very professional manner. Steve has a very good team of different trades and they are all very professional, considerate and all finishes are to high standard. I would highly recommend them.read more

Pro Renovations where unknown to us before we decided to go ahead with our loft extension but we are so glad that we... did.We found Steve to be engaging from the moment we met, allowing us time to fully understand how his company works and to also compare other firms. Their commitment to using quality team members (Mike and Shaun get a special mention) and materials, ensuring the highest quality finish is without fault.
